Access 7 Services’ Cancellation

A full refund will be provided to all registrants within 30-days of the event should Access 7 Services or the event instructor cancel the workshop due to the following circumstances:

  • Inadequate registrant enrollment

  • Inclement weather or site emergency (i.e. snowstorm, power outage, flooding, etc)

  • Speaker cancellation due to illness


Participant’s Cancellation

Refunds will be given to participants should they withdraw their registration in writing, minus a $30.00 administrative fee, if the participant cancels 15 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation occurs within 15 days of the event. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not attend workshop and do not cancel their reservation. Credit will not be given toward future workshops should the participant fail to attend or cancel workshop enrollment.
